How You Can Help Our Tennessee Neighbors After the Tornado

Our hearts are hurting for all of our Tennessee friends and neighbors affected by the tornadoes this week. We are joining with our community to spread the word about ways you can to help and donate to the cause.

Volunteer Opportunities

Hands On Nashville is working closely with the City of Nashville and the Office of Emergency Management to ensure all of the available resources are in place to help our community in the wake of this week’s destructive tornadoes throughout Davidson and surrounding counties. Visit HON.org to find tornado related volunteer projects. They will be adding projects over the next many weeks, so please keep checking back for ways to help!

Lost Pets

If you have found a stray animal, and have that animal contained, Metro is asking you to call: 615-862-7928. Please leave a message if no one answers as their call volume will be increased. If you have lost your pet, complete a ‘Lost Pet’ report located on MACCs website or Pet Harbor. Also, be sure to post in your local Facebook or Next Door pages.
