Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who sign up at https://wsmradio.com/clint-black-at-the-ryman/ and who are 13 as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree that you have affirmatively reviewed and accepted, and agree to be fully unconditionally bound by, these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided https://wsmradio.com/clint-black-at-the-ryman/. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC.

Privacy: As a condition of entering this Contest, You consent to receive communications from Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC for the purpose of administering this Contest and for the purpose of providing other offers and communications which may be of interest to the entrant. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link and instructions contained in any email communication You may receive, and doing so will not affect your entry into the Contest. Personal information collected in connection with this Contest is governed by the Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC privacy policy (located at https://wsmradio.com/privacy/).

Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive at least one of the prize described in the link listed above (with the option to award one or more additional prizes in Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC’s sole discretion), with an approximate retail value of $100. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by email within two (2) hours following selection of Winner. If the Winner is an eligible resident of Canada, the Winner must answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question (or other skill-testing question) before being declared the Winner. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question on two attempts will result in ineligibility. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within one (1) hour from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release (if required), the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC will be the sole judge of the Winner’s qualification.

Terms & Conditions: Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest for any reason. In such case, Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC may (but is not required to) select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such termination or suspension. Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
